Homemade Vegetable Bouillon Powder
This homemade vegetable bouillon powder is the perfect simple dry spices blend to complement to any savory dish and or be hydrated with hot water for an instant warm, savory vegetable broth.
Yield: 1 cup powder
Ingredients
- ½ cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes (can substitute 1 tablespoon onion powder)
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon wasabi powder optional
- â…› teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar (can substitute regular granulated sugar)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a medium-size bowl and whisk to combine well.
- Place in a resealable glass container (a small mason jar works great) and store in the refrigerator or in a cool, dry pantry until ready to use.
