Thick & Chewy Gluten Free Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

– GF flour blend  – Xanthan gum (omit if your blend already contains it) – Baking soda – Kosher salt – Granulated sugar – Old fashioned rolled oats – Light brown sugar – Semi-sweet chocolate chips – Unsalted butter – Eggs – Pure vanilla extract

Let's Get Started!

1. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, and oats.

2. Add brown sugar, butter, and break up lumps.

3. Add eggs, vanilla, and  mix well. 

4. Add chocolate chips.

5. Scoop onto cookie  sheet and bake.

6. Let cool and enjoy!
