1. Roll out pie dough cut small shapes and bake separately. Brush crust with egg whites.

2. Make filling. Combine pumpkin puree, eggs, evaporated milk, and cream. Whisk until smooth.

3. Add brown sugar, sugar, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and gluten free flour. Whisk until smooth. 

4. Pour filling into crust, and bake.

5. Let cool, slice, serve & ENJOY!
