Easy Gluten Free  Protein Bars

Let's Get Started!

These homemade protein bars are no-bake, endlessly customizable energy bars. Similar to Luna and Power Bars, my version is made with your favorite protein powder and it's a no-fuss recipe!

Ingredients for the date version

– Old-fashioned certified gluten free rolled oats – Gluten free protein powder  – Soft Medjool dates  – Pure maple syrup – Pure vanilla extract – Kosher salt – Milk (any kind) – Unsweetened chocolate chopped and melted  – Bittersweet chocolate chopped and melted

Ingredients   for the nut butter version

– Old-fashioned certified gluten free rolled oats – Gluten free protein powder – Unsweetened cocoa powder natural or Dutch-processed – Smooth natural nut butter – Pure maple syrup – Kosher salt – Milk (any kind) – Unsweetened chocolate chopped and melted  – Bittersweet chocolate chopped and melted

1. Process oats & add remaining ingredients

2. Add milk & continue  to process 

3. Add to pan and press

4. Slice

5. Wrap & enjoy!
