– Unsalted butter – Granulated sugar – Eggs – Vanilla extract –  All purpose gluten free flour blend  – Xanthan gum (omit if your blend already contains it) – Baking powder – Kosher salt – Juice and zest of 1 lemon  – Sour cream – Confectioner’s sugar – More lemon zest for sprinkling

Let's Get Started!

1. Combine butter and sugar

2. Add the eggs, vanilla, lemon zest and juice

3. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and sour cream 

4. Scoop into cupcake tin

5. Bake, cool, glaze, & ENJOY!
