GLUTEN FREE BLACK BEAN BROWNIES

Ingredients

– Black beans – Eggs – Neutral oil (like grapeseed, canola or vegetable) – Pure vanilla extract – Strong brewed coffee (decaf is fine) – Unsweetened cocoa powder  – Baking soda – Salt – Light brown sugar – Semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

Let's Get Started!

1. Blend black beans

2. Add coffee and vanilla

3. Add eggs, brown sugar, and cocoa powder

4. Add baking soda & salt. Blend until smooth 

5. Transfer to square pan & add chocolate chips

6. Bake

7. Slice

8. Serve and ENJOY!
