    is it best to weigh the flour for your recipes- or are measuring cups ok

      Hi, Judy,
      It is by far better to weigh the flour in all of my recipes. For any recipes that do not include weight measurements (I have always baked by weight, but not always included weight measurements), 1 cup of all purpose gluten free flour blend = 140 grams in all of my recipes.

    I love the book thank you and I made the Irish soda bread yesterday. Mine was reeeealllll wet so I added a bit more flour and worked ok..Loving it toasted this am!!!

    I wish your first cookbook contained measurements in weight. Is the quick and easy one in volume only as well?
