Two, gritty rice flour will often mean that the ingredients in a recipe simply don’t combine properly. You may whisk your dry ingredients together as well as possible, but they’ll still resist combining with the rest of the ingredients.

1. Add rice to mill.

2. Turn off mill and  take apart.

3. Transfer milled rice to bowl, and reattach. 

4. Re-mill rice.

5. Transfer to bowl & sift.
