1. Mix dry ingredients

2. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth

3. Slice hot dogs in half and insert sticks

4. Toss in GF flour and dip  in batter twice

5. Fry, flip, and finish frying

6. Transfer to drain & fry up remaining batter for fritters

7. Enjoy!!

– Gluten free hot dogs – Gluten free corn flour or cornmeal  – Gum-free gluten free flour blend plus more for sprinkling – Granulated sugar (optional) – Baking powder – Kosher salt – Egg  – Milk at room temperature – Oil for deep frying  – Lollipop sticks or bamboo skewers
