CINNAMON SWIRL GLUTEN FREE BANANA BREAD

Ingredients

FOR THE BATTER – All purpose gluten-free flour blend – Xanthan gum  – Kosher salt – Baking powder – Baking soda – Granulated sugar – Virgin coconut oil – Eggs – Pure vanilla extract – Greek-style non-dairy plain yogurt – Bananas mashed lightly FOR THE SWIRL – Virgin coconut oil melted – Granulated sugar – Ground cinnamon – Kosher salt

Let's Get Started!

1. Combine dry ingredients

2. Add the coconut oil, eggs, vanilla,  yogurt, and mix

3. Add bananas 

4. Add half of the batter  to a loaf pan

5. Add half of the cinnamon mixture and then the rest of the batter

6. Top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture, swirl, and bake

7. Let cool, slice, and ENJOY!
