1.  Beat the butter, sugar, vinegar, and vanilla until creamy.

2. Add the red gel food coloring, salt, and baking soda. Mix  until combined. 

3. Beat in egg. Then add GF  flour, xanthan gum, cornstarch, and cocoa powder and beat  until combined.

4. Mix in chocolate chips. Scoop and roll into balls. Bake. 

5. Let cool, and enjoy!
