Gluten Free Lo Mein 

Gluten Free On A Shoestring

for Chinese New Year 

1.  In a large measuring cup or bowl with pour spout, add the tamari and cornstarch. Stir.

2. Add the rice vinegar, rice wine, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, garlic powder, dried onion, stock and scallions.

3. Cook chicken tossed in cornstarch.

4. Pour sauce over the cooked chicken, and stir to combine. Allow it to cook, mostly undisturbed, until the sauce begins to thicken.

5. Toss in cooked rice noodles, and serve!

– Tamari or gluten free soy    sauce – Cornstarch (or try    arrowroot) – Rice vinegar – Rice wine – Toasted sesame oil – Light brown sugar – Ginger – Garlic powder – Dried onion – Chicken stock or vegetable    stock – Scallions, chopped –Rice noodles or gluten free   spaghetti, or gluten free   linguini – Boneless chicken breast    sliced thin (or veggies)
