I love all of your recipes. Thank you for all of the hard work that you do. I wanted to know since my family and I cannot have any type of oil, can I substitute butter or melted butter in your recipes? Thanks again for being such a pioneer for gluten free baking.

Hi, Enedina, thank you so much for the kind words. I’m afraid there is no universal replacement for oil in any given recipe, and I’m not really sure what you consider to be an oil that is off limits, or how it differs in dietary constitution from butter so I can’t really hazard a guess. So sorry!

Do you still send out the Sunday email that contains your latest recipes? I’m just wondering because I miss getting them. Maybe I was kicked off your email list for some reason, or maybe you’re just doing things differently? I love all your recipes and appreciate all the hard work you put into them! Thank you!

Hi, Kimberly, I have actually changed my email schedule to twice during the week, rather than on Sundays. You can always find the newest posts on the homepage of the blog! And thank you so much for the kind words. :)
