Gluten Free On A Shoestring

1. Add AP GF flour, cornstarch, oat flour, baking powder, baking soda,  salt, sugar, and whisk to combine.

2. Add rolled oats, buttermilk, butter and eggs to dry ingredients. Mix to combine.

3. Transfer to bread pan.  Slash down the center. Sprinkle  with rolled oats and bake. 

4. Cool, slice, and serve.
