I was just introduced to your lovely site. I am gluten free and was looking for hot pocket recipe. I couldn’t find out the ingredient for this recipe?

Sorry to hear you were laid off in March. I was laid off too — at the end of July, which has really turned out to be a kind of blessing because I have had the time to change how we do things around here. This preoccupation with Celiac along with cleaning and painting has helped keep me busy and something like sane.

Hello Nicole! I just stumbled across your site, and I would like you to know that your recipes sound amazing! I have been a diagnosed Celiac since I was about 8 (Im now 25) and I still have yet to perfect any home made gf baking, Although with your recipes I think I might be brave enough to try!
