Advertise
Hi!
Are you thinking of advertising on Gluten-Free on a Shoestring? Or maybe suggesting a mutually beneficial partnership? I can’t wait to talk about what’s possible.
I won’t bore you with the blah blah blah about me. You can read about that in the About Me section. Let’s get right down to it.
BUT before we begin — please pretty please don’t use this information to contact me about link exchanges (which I don’t do), to ask me to consider an embedded text link (which I don’t do) or to ask me if I would consider a standalone giveaway. I do very occasional giveaways, and only for sponsors.

In the last year, particularly since the publication of my cookbook in March 2011, this blog has grown by leaps and bounds. In that time, I have also committed to post consistently 5 days a week, with a new conversation and a new recipe — or a sneak peek at what I’m working on for my next cookbook due out Fall 2012 — each time. Readers have responded. Thanks, dear readers!
Opportunities Available
I would love to work with well-established companies that make great baking and cooking products and supplies. If your company makes french rolling pins, I think we’d be a great fit. Do you sell pretty cupcake liners? Sign me up. If you sell basic foods like eggs and sugar, please contact me!
All opportunities below include a post integrating the sponsor’s products into a content blog post, which results in a much, much higher level of engagement than just a “shout out” sponsor post, which tends to fall flat.
If you don’t see the arrangement that you had in mind, let me know. Maybe we can work something out!
125×125 Sidebar Advertisement - Advertiser will supply an appealing 125×125 advertisement for the right sidebar of the blog. Advertisements are shown for 30 days. Cost is currently $50/month.

Now, if you have another minute, here’s what my current partners and readers have to say…
Current Partners
“Nicole’s blog is an outstanding example of what can happen when one person’s honesty and great communication skills connect with the world at large. Nicole’s readers trust her to give an honest opinion and to recommend only those items which meet her highest standards for ethical business behavior, outstanding quality, and value for money. Her faithful support of our product has translated into phenomenal sales of our products far beyond the blog. Nicole is faithful to promote our products across all platforms, with real-world recipes and reviews, and this helps maximize our exposure. We couldn’t be any happier to have a unique partnership with Nicole, and we ourselves support and promote companies she endorses because of the trust she’s built with us. We receive daily feedback from friends of readers of Nicole’s books and blog via email, phone calls, and our website and feel her reach is much farther than even she realizes. Advertising with Gluten Free on a Shoestring is one of the best returns on investment available out there today.” - Naomi Poe, President/CEO of Better Batter Gluten Free Flour
What Readers Have to Say
“The blogging world has been essential in my success on the gluten free diet, and now that I have discovered Gluten Free on a Shoestring, I need to look no further! Nicole makes the whole daunting prospect of changing the way you eat for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE not only possible on any budget, but approachable on any level. The gluten free diet can seem scary at first; through Gluten Free on a Shoestring, I found a delightful community of friendly folk with a “can do” attitude that has me believing that I NEVER have to forego taste for my health, ever again!” - Jessica Chapman Baldwin (via Facebook)
“You and your blog go the extra mile, which for me, that extra mile is endless and greatly appreciated! When I had to go gluten free I had never baked anything from scratch, and had zero clue of what to do or how to do it. Not only do you have awesome, simple recipes, you show the basic fundamentals of how you get your bread to rise, the steps you use to get the spectacular finished product, and how to get the most bang for your buck. Plain and simple, hands down, you are the bestest ever! :)” - Kristi Fossier Gueho (via Facebook)
“Living GF can start out so daunting. I felt the only options I had were pre-made, processed over priced yuck. Not good options for myself or my 10 yr old picky-eater son. Then I found GF on a Shoestring. Basics made easy. Simplified for the new baker. I am sooo very thankful for this blog. Finally my son and I can enjoy healthy, yummy meals that don’t harm us. Thank you Nicole for blazing the trail and giving us hope.” - Shauna Wagner (via Facebook)
“Not only is this one of the few blogs where I read the posts…I actually read ALL of them. The posts are entertaining and the food tastes great. Great tasting recipes are sometimes hard to come by in the gluten free world. As an added bonus we get reasonably priced ingredients and tips for cooking ahead and maximizing dinner options. If I had to give up all my blogs tomorrow and just keep one…it would be Nicole’s blog. She’s a keeper!” - Michelle Bergeron (via Facebook)
“I love your book and your site. You make gluten free eating easier, but I especially love that you keep it real. You keep in mind taste, ease, expense. Your recipes are truly great tasting (even compared to gluten equivalents!). You use ingredients that aren’t super specialized – I don’t have to go running around for expensive things. And in these times, its so helpful that you keep in mind costs. Going gluten free can be crazy expensive. You’re like a friendly hand guiding many along. I am eagerly awaiting your next book! Thank you…” -Wendy Ching (via Facebook)
“Nicole, I just want to thank you for your blog. You made having to go gluten free easier.. and fun! I love checking in every day (ok.. several times a day) to see what you’re up to. And I love trying out the recipes. EVERY one of them has been great. I now feel confident in tackling other recipes and making them GF. Thanks for giving me a foundation. I’ve shared your link with others and I hear nothing but good things back. :) Thank you for everything. Keep up the AWESOME work.” - Darlene N Joe Tako (via Facebook)
“I would highly recommend this book! I’ve looked at tons of gluten free or allergy cook books and these recipes are fast and easy to follow. I have since subscribed to her blog and I am a HUGE fan. I no longer feel there is anything out there I can’t make and eat. If you have any questions she is always happy to help. Working my way quickly through this book. BUY THIS BOOK!” - sebeny85 on Amazon
“This is the best GF cookbook I’ve ever come by! Being on a shoe string budget means I rarely, if ever buy cookbooks. Generally I read a million and one blogs (gf and not) to find recipes, but after reading her blog recipes a good five times and making many (all successful!) I just HAD to buy the book! Go. Do it. You won’t ever regret it!” - ebozone on Amazon
“I use this cookbook for many of the Gluten Free recipes I make. It is easy to follow and written for the new gluten free cook as well as the experienced. I can not wait for the next cookbook to come out! Nicole truly cares about her gluten free audience.” - Joy M. Mulholland on Amazon
Can’t wait to hear from you!
Nicole
